Welcome to Design Ur Site (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or entering into a contract with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and govern all web design, graphic design, hosting, support, and digital services provided by Design Ur Site.

1. Definitions

Client / You: The individual or business purchasing services.
Services: Web design, hosting, graphic design, digital services, or consulting provided by Design Ur Site.
Project: Any deliverable related to the agreed service scope.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By paying a deposit, signing an agreement, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes remain valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are listed in AUD unless specified.
  • Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
  • All hosting and subscription services are billed monthly or annually.

4. Payments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
  • Final files and website migration occur only after full payment is received.
  • Hosting renewals are due before the renewal date to avoid suspension.
  • We accept payments via Stripe.

5. Project Timelines

  • Timelines are estimates and depend on client responsiveness.
  • Delayed content or approvals may extend the delivery date.
  • Fast-track or urgent delivery may incur an additional fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project information, content, and feedback.
  • Ensure all materials supplied (images, text, logos) are legally owned.
  • Approve drafts or provide revisions promptly.

7. Revisions & Changes

  • Each package includes a set number of revision rounds.
  • Additional revisions outside the package will be charged separately.
  • Changes requested after final approval are considered new work.

8. Hosting Services

  • We provide shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers.
  • Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension or termination.
  • Resource abuse may trigger temporary restriction or account review.
  • We are not liable for data loss—clients must maintain backups.

9. Intellectual Property

  • We retain ownership of design drafts until full payment is made.
  • Upon payment, the final approved design becomes the client’s property.
  • Licenses for fonts, stock images, or premium plugins may be restricted.

10. Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential and used only for project purposes.

11. Warranty & Liability

  • Our services come with a 30-day support period after project delivery.
  • We are not responsible for third-party plugin issues or hosting downtime.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the project if obligations are not met.
  • Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise outlined in our Refund Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
