Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited activities and usage rules for all services provided by Design Ur Site.
1. Prohibited Content
You may NOT host, upload, or distribute:
- Illegal content
- Hate speech or extremist content
- Pornography (including adult hosting or escort services)
- Malware, ransomware, or harmful scripts
- Copyright-infringing material
- Pirated software
2. Prohibited Activities
- Spamming or bulk unsolicited email
- Phishing or fraud-related content
- Running bots, crypto miners, or unauthorised daemons
- Hosting malware or harmful applications
- DDoS attacks or network flooding
3. Resource Abuse
- No excessive server resource usage that affects others.
- No hosting of high-load scripts on shared or reseller hosting.
- VPS and Dedicated users must maintain security of software they install.
4. Email Sending Rules
- No spamming under any circumstances.
- Valid SPF, DKIM and DMARC records required.
- MailChannels (if added) must be compliant.
5. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this AUP without refund.
